Deposit Balance
The Balance page displays the current state of client deposit accounts. It is used to view and manage prepaid balances within the loyalty program or prepayment system.

Overview
A deposit balance is a prepaid client account from which funds are deducted when paying for orders. Clients can top up their balance and then use it as a payment method at the point of sale. The system allows viewing current balances of all clients and managing them.

The page displays all clients with non-zero deposit balances.

How can a client top up their deposit?
The balance can be topped up via the Balance Fillup page or directly at the point of sale when accepting payment.
Can the balance go negative?
This depends on system settings. By default, the system does not allow charges exceeding the available balance.
How do I use a deposit for payment?
At the point of sale, when processing an order, select the "Deposit" payment type and specify the client. The amount will be deducted from their balance.
Where can I see the deposit transaction history?
Top-up and charge history is available in the deposit movement reports.
