Overview

The page shows the same metrics and charts as Sales Analytics, grouped by employee, and adds a name search.

A sale is attributed to the employee recorded on the order — the cashier or the server, depending on how the point operates.

Metrics and Charts

Metric cards: Revenue, Receipts, Clients, Visitors, Average receipt.

Charts: Revenue by day, Hourly sales, Weekday sales.

The Top by quantity and Top by revenue widgets show the period's leaders.

Tips

  • Comparing employees by revenue is only fair at comparable hours worked. Take the hours from the Attendance Sheet — otherwise a full-time employee always outruns a half-timer.
  • Average receipt is a fairer measure of a server's work than revenue: it depends far less on the shift and the footfall.
  • For sales-based bonuses, use Employee Percentage.
