On-POS reports — Paloma365 Classic (Windows POS)
This article is about Paloma365 Classic, the Windows POS application. A cashier or manager can print operational reports right at the POS, without the web dashboard: shift totals, X-report and Z-report, sales report, returns, stock and cash balances.
Where reports are opened
- "Итоговый отчет" (Final report), "X отчёт" (X report), "Z отчёт" (Z report) — buttons on the cash screen;
- "Другие отчеты" (Other reports) — opens the report selection window;
- "Касса" (Cashbox) → "Кассовые операции" (Cash related operations) → "Отчет по кассе" (Cash report) — see Cash operations;
- "Опции" (Options) → "История счета" (Bill history).

The button set depends on the outlet type (the "Тип заведения" option in the POS local settings): restaurant/cafe, fast food/canteen and billiards/karaoke/bathhouse types hide the salon report; the retail store type hides the salon and refusals reports; the beauty salon type hides the refusals report. The sales report prints with grouping, sorting (by name, quantity, sum) and combo contents options.
Access rights
Almost every report is protected by an employee right set by the administrator in the online account; the exceptions are the "Отчет по клиентам" (customer report) and "История счета" (bill history), which open without any right or password check. Some reports (final report, sales report, X/Z report, stock, material report) may also require an outlet password from the outlet's passwords tab. X report and Z report share one right and password.

Special case — stock, material and marked goods reports: an empty password means the report is forbidden. If no password is set in the dashboard, the POS refuses with "To view the report for items in stock, you need to set the password!" (or "To view the report "Material sheet", you need to set the password!") — set the password on the outlet's Passwords tab. For all other reports the opposite holds: an empty password simply disables the prompt.
The "Paid" and "All" tabs on the cash screen
Switching the order list to the "Paid" or "All" tab is also protected (shift totals are visible there): if a tab-switch password is set on the outlet's Passwords tab, the POS asks for it; with no password set, the Final report right (or the final report password) is required. The "Unpaid" tab is open to everyone; after returning to it the password is asked again on the next switch.
Common problems
- "Неверный пароль!" (wrong password) — enter the outlet report password, not the employee password.
- "Недостаточно прав!" (not enough rights) — the report is blocked in the employee's rights.
- Sync request on the cash report — some orders are not uploaded yet; accept the synchronization and reopen the report.
- No internet — the cash report is built from online account data. Offline, the cash part is available only when "Кассовый отчет офлайн" (offline cash report) is enabled in the POS local settings, and the deposit part only when the offline deposit mode is enabled; otherwise a connection is required.
- Outdated numbers — press "Обновить данные" (Refresh the data) and check the sync date in the report window.
- "X отчёт" / "Z отчёт" buttons greyed out — they are active only with a fiscal register or an online cash register configured. The Z-report button is additionally active only for the "ШТРИХ" register type and online registers; with other types it stays grey and the Z-report is taken during shift closing.
- No "form on deposit account data" button in the cash report — the deposit (cumulative) system is disabled for the outlet; the administrator enables it in the dashboard.
- "To view the report for items in stock, you need to set the password!" (or the material-sheet variant) — for these reports an empty password means forbidden. Set the password in the dashboard: outlet directory → Passwords tab.
FAQ
X report vs Z report?
The X report is intermediate — print it any time, it closes nothing. The Z report closes the fiscal shift; the POS warns you before printing.
Where are reports for past periods?
The POS gives operational reports only; full analytics for any period is in the online account.
