Receipt
The receipt document records incoming goods to the warehouse from a supplier. It is the primary document for tracking incoming deliveries.

Navigate to: Sidebar > Warehouse > Receipt

Overview
A receipt document is created when goods are received from a supplier. Once the document is conducted (posted), the items become available on the warehouse for selling, movement, and other operations.
Document List
The list page shows all receipt documents with filtering and sorting capabilities.

Extended Mode
When the Extended mode checkbox is enabled, additional fields appear:

TIP
Previous price color: red if the new price is higher, green if lower.
Conducting a Document
After filling in all data, click Conduct. A conducted document cannot be deleted. To undo, click Unconduct.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Warehouse > Receipt.
- Click Add.
- Select the Organization, Warehouse, and Supplier.
- Set the Date of receipt.
- In the items table, search for and select an item.
- Enter the quantity and price.
- Add more rows as needed.
- Click Save, then Conduct.
FAQ
How do I undo an incorrect receipt?
Open the document and click Unconduct. Warehouse stock will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I edit a conducted document?
First unconduct the document, make changes, then conduct it again.
How do I see previous prices?
Enable Extended mode — columns for previous and current prices will appear automatically.
