Overview

Bank accounts are used for tracking non-cash payments, bank transfers, and reconciliation. Each account is linked to a specific organization and bank, and has its own balance based on associated financial documents.

Step-by-Step Guide

Adding a Bank Account

  1. Go to Guides > Bank Accounts.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the Name (e.g. "Halyk Bank KZT Account").
  4. Fill in the Bank name, Account number, and BIC.
  5. Select the Organization.
  6. Click Save.

What is BIC?

BIC (Bank Identification Code) is a unique identifier for the bank used in interbank transfers.

Can I track balances for bank accounts?

Yes. The system tracks balances based on bank income and bank expense documents associated with the account.

Do I need a bank account to use the system?

No. Bank accounts are optional and only needed if you track non-cash financial operations in the system.
