FAQ
Q: How do I see a report for multiple sales points?
A: Select a sales point, build the report, then repeat for another point.
Q: What does the "NOT" filter mean?
A: The "NOT" checkbox next to a filter excludes the selected value — the report will show all data except the selected value.
Q: How do I find the items sold to a specific counterparty?
A: Two reports can do it.
- Sales Act (this report) — register sales. Select the sales point and period, pick the counterparty in the Client or client group filter and build the report — only the items sold to that client remain.
- Sales Analysis — covers both closed register bills and "Sales" documents. Pick the counterparty in the Counterparty filter and click Build Report. To see items per buyer at once, turn on the By counterparty grouping.
