Which Paloma POS do you have — Paloma365 Classic and others
The main Paloma product for the CIS market is Paloma365 Classic — a POS program for Windows that runs on Windows 7 and later. There is also the PalomaPOS mobile POS, the next-generation Paloma POS 2, and a web dashboard. This article helps you identify your product — the first thing support needs to know.

How to recognize each product
Paloma365 Classic is a standalone Windows program, not a website. The login window is titled Paloma365 and asks for the "Paloma365 Personal Account" login, the "Workplace" login, and the "Workplace" password, with a Remember checkbox and Login, Exit, and Support buttons. After signing in, the window title reads Paloma365. Front-Office, and cashiers open a shift with a card or password.
PalomaPOS mobile POS is an app on an Android or iOS tablet or smartphone; the icon says PalomaPOS.
Paloma POS 2 is the new POS app — a touch app on a tablet, POS terminal, or Windows device, not a windowed program like Classic. An employee signs in with a PIN on an on-screen keypad, then a tile menu home screen opens. The order list has four tabs — All, Open, Printed, Closed — and checks are paid with the "Pay check" button. If you joined recently and were given a POS app with this interface, it is most likely Paloma POS 2. See the Paloma POS 2 section for details.
The web dashboard opens in a browser at dashboard.paloma365.com and is used to manage menu, warehouse, reports, and employees. It is not a POS — no sales are rung up here.
What to tell support
Start with the product name: "Paloma365 Classic — the Windows POS program", "the PalomaPOS mobile POS", "Paloma POS 2", or "the web dashboard dashboard.paloma365.com". Also have ready your account name, trade point name, and the exact error text if any.
FAQ
I have dashboard.paloma365.com open — is that a POS?
No. It is the web dashboard for business management. Sales are rung up on a POS — Paloma365 Classic, the PalomaPOS mobile POS, or Paloma POS 2.
Can I use a POS and the dashboard at the same time?
Yes — the POS rings up sales, the dashboard manages menu, warehouse, and reports. Both share the same account and data.
