Sales Act by Points
The Sales Act by Points report shows sold items for a period grouped by sales points. It displays quantity, price, and total for each sales point in a matrix layout.

Menu → Reports → Sales Act by Points.

Overview
The report builds a table where rows are items and columns are sales points. For each point, you can display quantity, price, and sum. Supports grouping by weeks and months.

Parameters
- Show daily totals — display subtotals for each day
- Article — show the article number column
- Unit of measure — show the unit of measure column
Columns
- Qty — number of sold units
- Price — average sale price
- Sum — total sales amount
Grouping
- By weeks — data grouped by weeks
- By months — data grouped by months
- Group by sales points — separate columns for each sales point
- Items by groups — tree view of items by categories (available when grouping by weeks/months)
FAQ
Q: How does this report differ from the regular Sales Act?
A: The regular Sales Act shows sales in a single table. The Sales Act by Points builds a matrix with columns for each sales point, allowing you to compare sales across locations.
Q: Why can't I see the "Items by groups" option?
A: The "Items by groups" option is only available when grouping by weeks or by months is enabled.
