Stock Balance
The Stock Balance report shows current stock quantities across all warehouses at the moment of generation.

Navigate to: Sidebar > Reports > Stock Balance

Overview
The Stock Balance report provides a snapshot of current inventory levels. It displays how many units of each item are available in each warehouse, helping managers make restocking and transfer decisions.
Filters

Each warehouse is displayed as a separate column, allowing side-by-side comparison of stock levels.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Reports > Stock Balance.
- Optionally select a warehouse to narrow results.
- Optionally filter by item or group.
- Click Build to generate the report.
FAQ
How do I check stock for a specific item?
Use the Item/Group filter to search for the item by name.
Why does the report show zero for some warehouses?
Zero means the item has no stock in that warehouse. Verify that recent receipts and transfers have been conducted.
Can I export the report?
Use the browser's print function or copy the data to a spreadsheet.
