Overview
The items guide has a hierarchical structure: items are organized by groups (folders). You can create groups for convenient classification and add items within them.

| Column | Description |
|---|---|

Group Navigation
- Click a group (folder) to enter it.
- Click ".." or use breadcrumbs to go up a level.
- Use search to quickly find an item by name.
NKT Bulk Update
If the NKT (National Product Catalog) feature is active, a Bulk NKT Update button is available for automatically filling NKT codes for items.
Archiving
The Archive button clears items that are no longer in use out of the active guide. The system finds the matching items itself, based on the conditions you choose:
- Items with no movement — no warehouse operations for the given number of days or more (30 by default).
- Items with zero stock — the balance is zero across every warehouse.
At least one condition is required. Select items or groups to limit the check to them (selecting a group checks the items inside it); with nothing selected the check covers the whole guide, which can take a while on a large catalogue.
Press Check first: you get the list of what would be archived and how many items that is. Archiving happens only after you confirm that list.
Archived items go to the deleted ones — they remain visible through the "show deleted" toggle and can be restored from there.
