How to Access

Navigate to: Sidebar > Logs > System Log

Overview

The System Log records every significant action: document creation, edits, deletions, configuration changes, and user logins. It is the primary tool for auditing activity, investigating issues, and maintaining accountability across the organization.

Columns

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Logs > System Log.
  2. Browse the chronological list of actions.
  3. Use filters to narrow by date range, user, or action type.
  4. Click on an entry to see full details of the action.

Can log entries be deleted?

No. Log entries are immutable for audit integrity. They cannot be edited or deleted by any user.
