Deposit Report
The deposit report shows all movements on customer deposit accounts for a selected period. Used by financial managers and accountants to monitor and analyze deposit operations.
How to Access
Navigate: Sidebar > Deposits > Deposit Report

Overview
The report displays all deposit transactions — top-ups, deductions, group operations — with filtering by date and counterparty. Data is grouped by counterparty and date for convenient analysis.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Open Deposits > Deposit Report in the sidebar.
- Set the Date From and Date To for the period.
- Optionally select a specific Counterparty.
- Click Build.
- The report will display all transactions for the period with a total sum.
Tips
- Use the counterparty filter to check a specific client's balance.
- Pay attention to the movement type — it helps identify the source of the operation.
- The total in the footer row shows the overall deposit turnover for the period.

A: Negative amounts represent deposit deductions — typically when a client pays for an order using their deposit.
