FAQ
What is the PIN for?
The PIN is a short numeric code employees use to quickly log in at the POS terminal. It replaces the need for a full username/password at the point of sale.
Can I have employees without roles?
Yes, but employees without a role will have limited or no access to the system. It is recommended to always assign a role.
Can I delete an employee?
An employee cannot be deleted if they have been referenced in documents or POS shifts. You can deactivate them instead.
