Marketing Source

The Marketing Source reference table stores customer acquisition channels (for example, Instagram, Google Ads, referral). Values from this table populate the "Marketing Source" field on the counterparty card and are used for marketing analytics.

How to open

Navigate: Sidebar > Guides > Marketing > Marketing Source

Route: /warehouse/guides/s_marketing_src

Step-by-step

Add a marketing source

1. Open Guides > Marketing > Marketing Source.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the Name of the acquisition channel.
4. Optionally fill in External ID for synchronisation with external systems.
5. Click Save.

Where it is used

The saved value becomes available in the counterparty card (Guides > Counterparties, Contacts tab, Marketing Source field).
