Several — you cannot: a Cash Outcome document has only one Basis document — one "Receipt of goods" or one "Return from Customer". Choosing another document replaces the previous basis rather than adding to it.

What to do:

  • each receipt is paid separately — create a separate Cash Outcome for each and set that receipt as its basis;
  • one payment covers several receipts — create one outcome, set one of the receipts as the basis (or leave it empty), and list the numbers of the others in the Note.

How to set the basis: in the outcome card, in the Basis document field, click Select basis document, choose the document type in Document, enter its number in Document code, and click Find and set. If no document with that number exists, "Document not found" is shown.
