Payment Devices manages card terminals and other electronic payment hardware connected to POS workplaces.

Navigate to: Sidebar > POS > Payment Devices

Overview
Payment devices (card terminals, NFC readers, etc.) are registered in the system and linked to POS workplaces. This enables automated card payment processing — when a cashier selects card payment, the system communicates with the linked device to initiate the transaction.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to POS > Payment Devices.
- Click Add to register a new device.
- Enter a Name (e.g., "Card Terminal — Cash 1").
- Select the Type of device.
- Configure the Connection settings (IP address, port, etc.).
- Click Save.
FAQ
How do I link a payment device to a terminal?
After creating the device here, assign it to the automated point or workplace in the terminal configuration.
What if the card terminal loses connection?
The cashier will see an error and can retry the transaction or fall back to another payment method.
What device types are supported?
The system supports standard bank POS terminals with network connectivity. Check with your payment processor for compatibility.
