Overview

The page has two levels: a summary for the owner at the top, and the full list for whoever works through the problems below it.

Check summary:

  • Business health — a score from 0 to 100 with a status label and a hint about what raises it most, for example "Fix 3 urgent problems → score ≈ 70". Expand "How the score is calculated" right below it for the formula.
  • "Urgent problems", "Should fix", "FYI" tiles — how many different problems of each importance there are. Clicking a tile filters the list to that importance.
  • Fix these first — up to three of the most important problems: the name, the count ("12 menu items", "100+ items"), the amount when there is one, and an action button ("Set prices", "Check stock"). The button opens the problem details with links to the cards and documents to fix.
  • When the check ran, how long it took, and which period the documents were checked for.

If the last check is more than a day old, a "Data from … (N days ago)" banner appears above the summary with a Refresh check button.

Running a check

  1. Pick a period: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This month.
  2. Click Refresh check (on the very first run the button reads Run business check). The button is locked while the check runs; it usually takes up to a minute.

The period only affects sales, warehouse-document and money-document checks. Items, stock and shifts are always checked as of now, whatever the period.

A check can be started at most once every two minutes.

Problem list

Problems are grouped by what they affect: Sales at risk, Accounting and cost, Stock levels, Discounts and orders, Money and cash, Staff and shifts, Catalog hygiene. Each row shows the importance, the count, the name and, where it can be calculated, the amount. Click a row to open its details.

The filters above the list are independent:

  • status tabs — New, In progress, Hidden;
  • importance — a switch: Any / Urgent / Should fix / FYI;
  • section — items, warehouse, sales, shifts, or finance.

The number next to each filter option is how many problems the list will show if you pick it, with the other filters unchanged.

Why "100+"

A check lists at most 100 records per problem (document checks apply the limit to each document type separately). When a check hits that limit, the count is shown as "100+" and the amount as "≥ …": the real number and amount are higher. Fix the records shown and refresh the check to see the next ones.

Amounts

An amount is shown only where the data has one: order discounts, totals of unconducted and money documents, receipts without a supplier. When an amount cannot be calculated it is not shown at all — never as a zero.

Problem details

The details window answers three questions:

  • What happened — what exactly was found;
  • Why it matters — what it leads to;
  • How to fix — the steps to fix it.

Below is the table of records; where seriousness can be measured, the most serious come first (largest negative stock, largest amount). Each row has Open … buttons that take you to the item card, document, warehouse or employee where the problem is fixed.

Status actions:

  • Mark in progress — someone is working on it. It does not mean the problem is fixed.
  • Hide — not a problem. A hidden record moves to the Hidden tab and no longer lowers the score.
  • Restore — move a hidden record back to New.

The buttons above the table do the same for all new records of the problem at once. The rule code and check number are under Technical information at the bottom of the window; support needs them.

How the score is calculated

The score starts at 100. Each urgent problem subtracts 12, each "Should fix" problem 6, each "FYI" problem 2. What counts is the number of different problems, not how many items they affect. Hidden problems are not counted.

80–100Good
60–79Needs attention
30–59Serious problems
0–29Critical

Tips

  • Fixed problems disappear from the list on the next check — click Refresh check after fixing.
  • Hidden records are not deleted: bring them back from the Hidden tab.
  • If nothing is found, the page shows "No problems found" with the check date — a normal result for a healthy account.
  • Access to Advisor is controlled by role permissions (advisor).
