What's New

Stay up to date with the latest improvements and fixes in Paloma365.

September 2026

Help opens in a language that exists

The "?" button and the help links used to lead to a missing page when the interface was switched to Kazakh, Spanish or Chinese. They now open the closest help language that is actually written — Russian or English — instead of an empty page.

The sign-in URL with a language parameter — for example ?lng=kz or ?lng=en — now switches the interface to that language when the page opens. Previously the parameter was ignored and the page always used the browser language.

The sign-in page now has a short block below the form describing the system, with links to the help centre, the "What's new" page and the product website. Useful when you need to check an instruction before signing in.

The row with an error in a goods receipt is now highlighted

When saving or posting a "Goods receipt" document, if the server reports an error on a specific line (for example, "Invalid unit of measurement"), that row is now highlighted in red and the error text appears on hover. Previously the message only showed in the general list at the top, and you had to find the problem item by hand. The highlight clears as soon as you edit the row.

You can now hide the account balance from employees

Payment reminders and the link to the "Service payment" page in the cabinet now respect the "Service payment" access right. If the account owner turns this right off for an employee (sub-account) role, that user no longer sees the account balance: the "days until blocking" and "trial period" chips, the outstanding-payment banner and the payment page itself are hidden from them. Nothing changes for the owner, or for employees whose right is left on.

August 2026

Unit conversion coefficient in calculations now works both ways

In a calculation, the product output is now computed no matter which direction the unit conversion coefficient was created in. Previously, if the coefficient was set up "the other way round" (for example, from grams to kilograms while the calculation needed kilograms to grams), a missing-coefficient error appeared even though one already existed. A single coefficient between two units is now enough — it applies in both directions.

Calculations are sorted by date right away — latest first

The "Calculations" section now opens sorted by date in descending order, so the most recent calculations appear at the top of the list straight away. Previously the list was sorted by internal number, and you had to click the date column header several times to bring the latest calculations into view.

"Why the balance is negative" hint in the "Stock balance" report

The "Stock balance" report now shows an "i" icon next to any negative quantity. Hover over it — or tap it on a phone or touchscreen — to see a list of the likely reasons a balance went negative: the receipt was not created or not posted, it was posted with a back-date, the receipt and the sale are on different item cards, different units of measure were used, a warehouse transfer was not posted, or the receipt document was deleted. This makes it quick to see what to check to bring the balance back to the correct value.

Quick search in the "Stock Balance" report

The "Stock Balance" report now has a search box above the table. Build the report and start typing a name, barcode or article — the list filters down to the matching items instantly, without rebuilding the report. This makes it easy to find a product in a long stock list.

Account phone numbers are saved with their country code

Previously, during registration and in account settings a phone number could be saved without its country code — leaving us unable to call you. The country code is now derived automatically from your account's country, and an incomplete number is rejected by the form with an explanation of what is missing. Numbers outside the +7 zone (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and others) get their own country code rather than "+7".

Correct default price in the "Choose a period — get a discount" block

On the payment page, the "Choose a period — get a discount" block showed a default price that, for accounts without any issued invoices, was taken from a generic total and could mismatch your tariff and currency. It is now based on your real minimum tariff (one trading point plus one workplace) in the account's own currency, so the prices for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months and the discount amount are shown correctly.

Choose orientation when printing price tags

The "Print price tags" page now lets you choose the orientation — "Landscape" (default) or "Portrait". Previously only one option was available; now you decide how the price tags are laid out on the page.

New applied discounts report

The "Report collection" now includes an "Applied discounts report". Pick a period and, optionally, a trading point to see which discounts were applied and for what amount, broken down by day. This helps you gauge how discounts are used and how they affect sales.

Supplier search in "Group values" finds everyone again

In the "Group values" dialog on the "Goods & services" page, the "Main supplier" field (along with "Category", "VAT type" and "Printer subdivision") only searched the first batch of loaded records, so a supplier from a long list — especially when searching in Russian — could not be found. Search now runs across the whole database, and the supplier you need is found by name.

Field hints on the item card

The item edit card now shows short hints under most fields explaining what they are for — "Main barcode", "Default VAT type", "National product code", "SKU (article)", "PLU", "Critical minimum" and "Critical maximum", "Cold loss" and "Hot loss", "Cooking time", "External ID", as well as the "Weighted", "Combo", "Service" and "Require marking" switches. It's now clearer what to enter in each field, with fewer mistakes when filling it in — especially for new staff.

The top of the items guide no longer disappears when scrolling

In the items guide, the top bar now stays pinned and remains on screen while you scroll a long list. This covers both the row with the "New group" and "New item" buttons and the bulk-actions bar over selected items (generate barcodes, group values, delete, clear selection). You no longer have to scroll back up to reach a button.

Build date available from any menu layout

The build date is now available no matter where the menu is placed, including when the menu is moved to the top. To save space it's tucked behind a small info icon — hover over it or tap it to see the build version.

The folder tree stays put while you scroll the item list

In the items guide, scrolling a long item list no longer pushes the left folder panel up and out of view under the header. The folder tree now stays on screen and scrolls on its own, so it's easy to pick the folder you're dragging an item into.

Hint for the "Printer subdivision" field on the item card

The item card now shows a hint under the "Printer subdivision" field: to print an item on a sub-order (kitchen ticket), you need to select a printer subdivision — without it, the item won't appear on sub-orders. It's now clear how to set up sub-order printing. The hint is highlighted in orange with a warning icon to emphasize how important this setting is.

Search and typing no longer lag in the other warehouse documents

The smooth row loading used to work only in inventory and markup documents, so in the other warehouse documents (receipt, sale, movement, posting, write-off, production, regrading, stripping, returns, request, set/unset, overminus) search and typing became noticeably sluggish with a large number of items. Rows in every warehouse document now load as you scroll, so the document opens and responds quickly even with hundreds of items.

Barcodes in the ABC report

The ABC analysis now has a "Barcode" column next to the item name. It shows in the table (including the group-by-group view) and is included in the Excel and PDF export, so you can now match report rows against other spreadsheets by barcode using VLOOKUP.

Inventory with many items no longer lags

On the inventory page with a large number of items, entering counts, adding a line and searching by barcode became noticeably sluggish: the table kept every row on screen at once. Rows now load as you scroll, so the document opens and responds quickly even on very long inventory counts, and a scanned item is still highlighted and scrolled into view.

Login and password are shown again when editing a Time Tracking Point

When editing a Time Tracking Point (КПП), the "Login" and "Password" fields are shown again, just like in the previous version. You can change the login and set a new password; leaving the password field blank keeps the current password unchanged.

Documents open faster with the group, barcode, VAT and NKT columns on

When the "Group", "Barcode", "VAT" or "NKT" columns were turned on in a document, opening a large document became noticeably slow: the system fetched this data separately for every item, which added up to hundreds of requests on long documents. These values now arrive together with the item list, so the document opens quickly.

Invoice amount in words is now correct

On the payment invoice, the amount in words dropped a whole magnitude: 25,650 ₸ printed as "Twenty five six hundred fifty tenge" — the word "thousand" was missing. The amount in words now matches the figures, tiyn included. If your bank returned an invoice over this mismatch, simply issue it again.

The Salary (Time tracking) report no longer errors when there is no data

When there were no salary records for the selected period, the "Salary (Time tracking)" report used to fail with a "Failed to load the page" error. It now builds normally and shows "No data to display".

Clearer name for the employee analytics section

In the menu, "Analytics" → "Employees" is now called "Employee Analytics" and has its own icon. It previously shared the same name and icon as the "Employees" directory, which made the two easy to confuse — especially in the recent items list. The two sections are now distinct at a glance.

Work schedules can be created and edited again

Fixed an issue in Time tracking where saving a work schedule failed with a "Server returned an unexpected response" error, and opening an existing schedule showed an empty form. Creating, editing and copying schedules now works correctly, including the shift times for each day of the cycle.

Sort by "No." and "Article" in goods receipt

The item table in the "Goods receipt" document can now be sorted by the "No." and "Article" columns — just click the column header. Sorting by "No." in descending order brings the most recently added rows to the top, so you no longer have to scroll a long document down to check them. The "Article" column becomes sortable when it is turned on in the field display settings.

Pick the main supplier in "Group values"

The "Group values" dialog on the "Goods & services" page now lets you find and pick any supplier in the "Main supplier" field — just start typing the name in the search box. Previously the list showed only the first records, so a supplier further down could not be selected.

Exclude discounts in the ABC analysis

The "ABC analysis" report now has an "Exclude discounts" toggle. When it is on, only the sales where a discount was applied to an item are removed from the analysis — the item itself does not disappear from the report if it was also sold without a discount. This helps you assess sales without the effect of discounts.

The Save button stays in view while you edit a directory item

On long forms — an item, an employee, a discount and other directory cards — the top row with Save, Save & close and Delete used to scroll out of sight, so on a tall form there was no button to press. That row is now pinned to the top of the page: whatever you scroll to, Save is always one click away.

Backdated editing can now be opened for up to 400 days

The allowed window for editing documents with a past date is no longer capped at 60 days. You can still set up to 60 days yourself in "Accounting settings"; a longer window — half a year, or up to 400 days — is opened by support on request: tell us which period you need to close and how many days. This helps when paperwork arrives late and documents from earlier periods have to be corrected. The default stays 60 days.

Restore the item catalog after a bad import

Import / Export now lets you roll the "Goods & services" catalog back to how it was before your last file import. Before every import the system automatically saves a backup of the catalog, so if an import created stray folders or made items disappear, open Settings → Import / Export → Import (Goods & services) and click "Restore item catalog". Recovery is available for 24 hours after the import and asks for confirmation, since it replaces the current catalog with the pre-import copy.

Time-based sale ban in "Temporary prices"

In "Temporary prices" each item row now lets you pick a type: "Temporary price" or "Ban on sale by time". In ban mode you only choose a category — no need to select a specific item — and selling that whole category is blocked during the set interval. Previously a row could not be saved without picking an item, so a category-wide ban was impossible. The same type choice is also available in the item card, on the "Temporary prices" tab.

The "Commercial proposal (RK)" print form is back in the "Goods sale" document. Open the document, click the arrow next to the "Print" button and choose "Commercial proposal (RK)" — the form can be printed right away or exported to Excel.

The "back to top" button in reports no longer hides the totals

The round scroll-to-top button in reports could overlap the bottom totals row — for example, the profit total in the warehouse remainder report. It is now translucent so it no longer blocks the figures underneath it, and it becomes fully visible on hover so it stays easy to click.

An invoice with bank requisites now carries your BIN or IIN

An invoice used to come out without bank requisites whenever no BIN was stored, with no hint as to why they were missing or what to do about it. The system now asks for your BIN or IIN at the moment you issue an invoice or send it to print, and puts it straight onto the invoice as the buyer details. You can enter or review your BIN at any time — the "General information" tab, block "Payer details". You may still decline: the invoice is issued, but without bank requisites — leaving card, Kaspi.kz, and payment from balance.

The AI assistant no longer asks which cash register you have

It used to answer a register question with a question of its own — "is it Paloma365 Classic or Paloma POS 2?" — and ask for your login on top of that, even when it already knew who it was talking to. It now works the register out from your account: a login you have already given in the chat is not asked for twice, and you never have to name the version of the program — that is our job, not yours. The assistant still asks for the login when the account is unknown: without it the instructions could be for the wrong register.

A login and password you send go straight to a specialist

When you send credentials into the chat so that someone can log in and take a look, the assistant no longer replies with a polite non-answer: it hands the conversation to a specialist and says so. It never logs in anywhere itself and never repeats your password back.

Quantities in a calculation are readable again

A quantity of 0.7 in a calculation showed up as "0.70000000" — the database keeps the number with eight decimal places and they were printed as-is. Quantities, losses and the multiplier now follow the "Decimal places in calculation quantities" setting and drop the trailing zeros, so 0.7 stays 0.7. Stored numbers are untouched: a field you did not edit is sent back to the server exactly as it was.

Posting now names the item that blocks the document

Posting used to stop with a single sentence — "Expense over the remaining stock is not allowed. The document was not posted." — leaving you to hunt for the item and the warehouse yourself. A table now appears right under the message: warehouse, code, item name, stock on hand and expense. It works in every warehouse document — selling, receipt, movement, write-off, inventory, production and the rest.

The same details appear when re-posting documents — in the Goods Movement, Stock Balance and Material Consumption reports and in the dialog that follows a calculation edit, where the failing document is also named with its date so you know which one to fix.

The items are shown even when the document did post with an overrun (the warehouse allows going negative): that case used to say only "Operation completed. (Overrun.)" without naming a single item.

Download buttons after creating a point now point at the current app

Once you create your first trade point, the wizard offers the cash-register app for download. The Google Play and App Store buttons used to open a search for "paloma365", where older builds showed up among the results, and the Windows button downloaded the previous version's installer. All three now lead straight to the current "Paloma365 AI касса, склад" app: its Google Play listing, its App Store listing, and the up-to-date Windows installer.

Sales analytics no longer offers an Excel export that did nothing

The "Sales analytics" report is made of figures, charts and a popular-items list — it has no table to put into a workbook. The export menu still listed "Excel", and clicking it simply produced nothing. That entry is now gone from this report. PDF export and printing stay: they capture the report as it looks on screen, charts included. Excel export in the other analytics reports is unchanged.

The dashboard chat assistant can answer from your own data

The account owner can now let the built-in AI assistant read the account's data — items, documents, reports — on Settings → AI connector (MCP). A question like "how much flour is left" is then answered with your own figure instead of a general instruction. The permission is read-only: the assistant cannot change or post anything. Only the owner can switch it — whoever signs in with the account credentials, not as an employee — and turning it off takes effect immediately.

Report collection is now open to administrators

The "Report collection" menu entry used to be visible to the account owner only. An employee with the "Administrator (management mode)" role now sees it too — the same way the legacy cabinet works. It stays hidden for the "Manager (management mode)" role and for all other employees.

The AI connector is available to everyone

Connecting your account to AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT and others) over the MCP protocol is no longer limited to the test environment — the "AI Connector (MCP)" and "MCP log" pages are now in Settings. The assistant acts as your employee and with that employee's permissions.

The MCP log no longer needs a decoder

The log used to show technical names: execute_create_document, s_items #4821, a client identifier. It now shows what actually happened — "New document", «Товар «Лагман»», "Goods receipt №00-000317", the employee's full name and the assistant's name. The technical details are still there, behind the "Details" button.

AI connector permissions are chosen when you create the connection

The "AI Connector (MCP)" page now has permission checkboxes — the same ones as on the consent screen when connecting Claude or ChatGPT: create and edit, document posting, account setup, reports, viewing and editing settings. With none ticked, the connection is read-only.

The task status in the chat is now correct

A task we decided not to take into development still showed as "Open" in the conversation and in the History tab. The status now reflects the real state — Open, In progress, Done or Declined — and it follows the task instead of staying frozen at the moment it was created.

Your own chat messages are readable again

Your message in the assistant chat carried a "Paloma AI" label — purple text on the blue message bubble, which was hard to read. The label now appears only on the assistant's replies, and in the dark theme it is lighter so it stays legible on the dark background.

A task created from chat now has a number

When the AI assistant creates a task from your request, the chat now shows its number — for example "Task #1114". Quote it when you come back asking how your issue is going; the number also appears in the History tab next to the task status.

No more empty messages in the assistant chat

While the assistant looks up an answer it performs internal steps — each of them used to show up in the chat as an empty message. They are hidden now, so the thread contains only real replies.

"Items and prices" now comes first in Guides

In the Guides menu the "Items and prices" block moved above "Counterparties and staff", so Goods & Services — the page opened most often — is now the first entry in the section and needs no scrolling.

A consistent icon style across the dashboard

Icons across the dashboard now share one clean, modern outline style. Mixed emoji pictures (💰, 📦, ⚙️) that looked different on every device and ignored the dark theme have been replaced with crisp monochrome icons on the payment screen, plan calculator, point creation wizard, rights matrix, QR menu and module settings. In the navigation menu, every universal report and financial section now has its own distinct icon, so you can find the right page by shape without reading every label.

See exactly what an AI connector is allowed to do

The "AI connector (MCP)" page now shows a "Permissions" column for every connection — read, create and edit, post documents, account setup, reports, settings. Permissions are granted once, at connection time, so when the assistant says a tool is unavailable you can now see at a glance whether it has the right at all, instead of guessing.

Limit an NKT code update to a group of items

The bulk NKT update, in the "Fill missing NKT codes" scenario, now lets you pick an item group. The run then covers only that group and its subgroups, so you no longer have to wait for the whole catalog to be reconciled. Leave it empty and the whole catalog is processed, exactly as before.

Support now accounts for how many registers and points you have

The AI assistant now knows how many trade points and workplaces your account has and what they are called. With a single register it no longer sends you checking the local network, the router or a "main computer" — none of that exists in such a setup; with several registers it asks up front which one you mean.

The assistant answers billing questions right in the dashboard

In the dashboard chat the AI assistant can now see your account's billing state and answer about balance, unpaid invoices and being blocked for non-payment — previously this worked only in WhatsApp and Telegram. It can also tell you about your account: when it was registered, which cash register you run, and which trade points and workplaces you have.

Picking items in an inventory now adds them with quantity 0

Adding items through "Selection" in an inventory document now sets the counted quantity to 0 instead of 1, matching what happens when you pick an item directly in a row. Previously an item nobody had counted yet looked as if one unit had already been found, which skewed the deviation from the accounted stock.

Calculate the percentage by weight in a stripping act

The stripping act now has a "Calculate percentage by weight" button: it fills the percentage for every row at once, in proportion to each row's quantity relative to the quantity being stripped. Strip a 100 kg carcass that yields 60 kg of meat, and that row gets 60%.

Archiving items

Goods & Services now has an "Archive" button: it finds items with no movement for a given number of days and items with zero stock across all warehouses. You see the list of matches and their count before anything happens, and archived items go to the deleted ones, where they can be restored.

"Margin by employees" report in the report collection

The report collection offers the "Margin by employees" report again: pick a period and a point of sale to see revenue, cost, margin and the deviation from price-list figures for each employee.

Copy the address of an item image

Each image on the item form now has a button that copies its address to the clipboard, which helps when you need the link in another program or document. The address itself is shown when you hover over the image.

You can see who is answering — a specialist or the AI

Every support message is now signed: replies from a live specialist and replies from the AI assistant alike. In the dashboard chat the author appears above the message; in WhatsApp and Telegram it is the first line. The first AI reply in a conversation also carries a short reminder that the assistant can be wrong, that anything important is worth double-checking, and that a specialist can step into the same chat.

July 2026

Select several warehouses at once in Sales Analysis

The warehouse filter in Sales Analysis now accepts more than one warehouse, as it did in the previous system. Previously you could pick only a single warehouse, so comparing several of them meant building the report once per warehouse.

Expiry date report

The expiry date report is available again under Reports. Pick a date range, optionally narrow it to a single item or group, and see each item with its expiry dates and quantities.

The page navigation bar stays in view

In reference guides and document lists, the bar with the page number and navigation buttons no longer scrolls away with the list — it stays pinned to the bottom of the screen while the list is longer than the screen. The bar is also more compact and takes up less room.

Choose how many rows a document list shows

Document lists now have a rows-per-page selector below the list — 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 50 or 100, the same choices as the previous system. Your pick is remembered per list and kept for your next session.

Fixed opening a linked cash or bank document from payment details

When you opened the payment details of a sale and clicked one of the linked cash or bank documents, the page could show an "Unknown document type" error instead of the document. These links now open the correct document.

Jump to the changelog from the "What's New" window

The "Updates" tab in the "What's New" window now has a button that opens the full list of product changes. The tab used to be empty, so the only way to find the changelog was through the documentation.

Create category, supplier, VAT type and printer section on the fly in Goods & Services

On the item form — and in the "Group values" bulk-edit window — the Category, Main supplier, Main VAT type and Printer section fields now offer a "Create" button when the value you type isn't found, so you can add the missing reference without leaving the form. This restores the inline "Add" convenience from the previous system.

Shorter support specialist signatures

Support replies are now signed with the specialist's first name and the first letter of their last name — for example "Alex K.". This protects our team members' personal data while you still see who is answering you.

Avatars in the support chat

The support chat now shows who is talking to you: specialist replies carry their photo or colored initials, and the AI assistant has its own mark. It is now easier to tell a live specialist's reply from the assistant's.

Online ordering through the QR menu

Guests can now do more than browse the QR menu — they can place an order right from their phone, for pickup or delivery. After they order, an order status page opens and updates on its own, so the guest can watch the order move from "New" to "Ready" and "Handed over". You can turn on order-taking in the QR menu section.

Table ordering with a per-table QR code

You can now print a separate QR code for each table. When a guest scans their table's QR and places an order, it appears on the right table immediately — the waiter doesn't have to pick the table by hand.

Online payment for QR menu orders

You can now add online payment to QR orders: the guest either chooses "Pay on receipt" or pays for the order through a QR code in their bank app (Halyk QR, for Kazakhstan). The payment method is configured in the QR menu section. The payment screen now clearly shows that this is Halyk QR, with short step-by-step instructions, an "Open Homebank" button, and the bill number — which the guest can copy and give at the counter if the payment does not go through.

Colour-coded statuses in NKT bulk update

In the NKT bulk-update execution log, the "Status" column is now colour-coded: "Active" and "Updated" show in green, while statuses that need attention show in red — so you can assess the result at a glance.

Documents are locked in a closed period

Documents dated within a closed period now open in read-only mode with a clear notice, so you can't accidentally change data that belongs to a closed accounting period. This applies to warehouse documents (goods receipt, sale, movement, inventory, write-off and more) and cash/bank operations. Deleting such a document is still allowed if your rights permit it.

Reports show only "View" in group rights

On the group/role access-rights screen, report and analytics rights now offer only the "View" permission — the edit, add, delete and print columns are hidden for them, since those don't apply to reports. This matches the previous system and removes the confusing empty checkboxes for report rows.

POS screen rights show "View" and "Edit"

On the group/role access-rights screen, rights for POS screens and interfaces (KDS, delivery, table designer, order-ready screen, Settings and others) now show two columns — "View" and "Edit" — while add, delete and print are hidden, since those don't apply. Previously the extra checkboxes reset themselves on save.

Create a new supplier without leaving the document

In the Goods Receipt document — and in Sale, Supplier Request, Return to Supplier and Return from Buyer — you can now add a new counterparty right from the "Supplier/Client" field. Type a name that doesn't exist yet, pick "Create", fill in the quick form, and the new supplier is saved and selected without leaving the document.

Your QR menus are now readable by search engines and AI assistants. Dish names, prices and your restaurant's details are included directly in each menu page, so Google, Bing, Yandex and AI answer engines (like ChatGPT and Perplexity) can index your menu and surface it in search results — not just when someone scans the QR code.

Corrected support replies in the assistant chat

When a support specialist corrects their reply in the assistant chat, you now see the updated text right away with an "edited" mark — no page reload or reopening the conversation needed.

Redesigned "Settings → Modules" screen

The module settings screen has been reworked: a summary card shows the estimated monthly cost (with a note explaining it is the cost if you use all connected modules) and how many modules and integrations are enabled. Your connected account modules and each workplace's integrations are now shown as clear chips with their price, which you can remove in one click. A "Connect module" button (for account modules) and an "Add integration" window (for workplaces) let you add more — each listing only what is not connected yet. The "Trade point" module can no longer be turned off while at least one trade point exists in the directory.

Clear reason when an item can't be permanently deleted

In Goods & Services, permanently deleting an item from the "Deleted" list now shows why it can't be removed — listing the documents and references that still use it — instead of appearing to do nothing.

Stale-goods filter in Stock Balance now works

In the Stock Balance report, the "Stale goods" filter now correctly shows only items that had no movement within the number of days you enter, instead of listing the entire assortment.

Screenshots in the assistant chat

You can now attach a screenshot in the AI assistant chat — with the paperclip button or by simply pasting from the clipboard (Ctrl+V). The screenshot is saved in the conversation history and is visible to both the assistant and the support team, making it much easier to describe a problem.

Easier-to-read amounts in document lists and totals

Amounts in document lists (receipts, sellings, postings, inventories, cash and bank documents, orders, and more) and the document total on document edit screens now display with thousand separators — for example, "1000000" now reads as "1 000 000". This makes large sums much easier to scan.

Sales Analysis: grouping by counterparty now shows data

In the Sales Analysis report, turning on "By counterparty" no longer produces an empty table. Sales are now listed under each counterparty with their own subtotals, restoring the client breakdown that was available in the old interface.

Row actions tidied into a menu in the reference lists

Across the reference lists (Goods & Services, employees, suppliers, discounts, warehouses, price types, and the other directories), each row's action buttons (Delete, Copy, Edit and so on) are now tucked behind a single "⋮" menu instead of sitting in a row. This frees up space and keeps the lists cleaner on both desktop and mobile — tap the menu to reach the same actions as before.

Cleaner numbers in calculations

Quantities and output values in the calculations directory and on the item's Calculations tab no longer show unnecessary trailing zeros — for example, "1.500" now displays as "1.5" and "2.000" as "2". Only the display is trimmed; the stored values are unchanged.

Alternative name moved to the Description tab

On the item edit form in Goods & Services, the "Alternative name" field now lives on the Description tab together with the other descriptive fields, instead of on the Main tab. This keeps the Main tab tidier and groups related fields together.

Hide the photo column in Goods & Services

You can now hide the photo column in the Goods & Services list from the column settings, just like the other columns. If you don't use item photos, turn it off to free up screen space — especially handy on mobile. The column stays visible by default.

Offer to re-post documents after editing a recipe

After you save a change to a recipe (calculation), Paloma365 now checks whether any documents fell behind the actuality point and, if so, offers to re-post them right away — the same clean-up you already do from the reports. Re-posting recalculates cost and stock so your figures stay consistent, with a progress indicator and the option to do it later.

The sidebar menu search now finds sections not only by their exact name but also by familiar and related words. For example, searching for "waiter" or "cashier" finds the employees section, "trade point" finds "Points of sale", and "receipt" finds "Goods receipt". The search also treats the Russian letters "е" and "ё" as the same.

Cash and bank document pages (cash/bank income, outcome, movement, and transfers) now have a Print button with the standard printable form, just like in the previous system. Cash income and cash outcome documents additionally offer their cash order (ПК / РК).

Owner-only sections are hidden from employee logins

Sections meant only for the account owner — Advisor, the "Goods Receipt" and "Goods & Services" document reports, Reports Collection, Applications, QR Menu, and the Bookings Journal — are no longer shown to employee (sub-account) logins, and can no longer be opened by direct link. The Advisor summary block on the dashboard is likewise hidden for employees.

MCP log — see what the AI assistant did in your account

A new page, Settings → MCP log, shows every AI assistant call to your data over the MCP connector: reads, prepared and executed changes, and rejected requests. Filter by skill, phase, outcome and date, and use "Writes only" to see just the calls that actually changed data. Secrets (tokens and passwords) are never shown in the log.

Clear message when a calculation can't be saved

When saving a recipe (calculation) fails — for example because the date falls in a closed period or an ingredient references the dish itself — the screen now shows the actual reason instead of an unreadable "[object Object]" message.

"Summary Account" is back in the classic menu structure

The "Summary Account" document is available again under Warehouse → Documents when you use the old (classic) menu structure. Previously it only appeared in the new menu structure.

Clearer hint when a calculation can't compute its output

On the calculation (recipe) editing screen, when the product output can't be calculated the "Output" field is now highlighted and a compact "?" button next to it explains what to do — set up conversion coefficients between the items' units of measurement.

Public offer agreement available right in the dashboard

The current edition of the public offer agreement is now published on a dedicated dashboard page. The "terms of service" link on the registration page opens this page, and the PDF version can be downloaded there as well.

See the change history of a document

Document forms (receipts, sellings, movements, inventories, write-offs, and other warehouse documents) now have a "Change history" button. Open it to see every change made to that document — who changed what and when — just like in the previous system.

Create an expense article without leaving a warehouse document

The "Expense article" field in warehouse documents (write-off, receipt, movement, and others) now has a "Create" button. When the article you need isn't in the list, type its name and create it right there — the new article is saved and selected without switching screens.

Create a product group without leaving the item card

On the item card, the "Group" field now has a "Create" button, just like the "Printer subdivision" field. Type a new group name and create it right there — the new group is saved and selected for the item without opening a separate page.

Additional barcodes inherit the item's unit of measure

On the item card's "Barcodes" tab, adding an additional barcode now pre-fills the unit of measure from the item's main unit, so you no longer have to pick it again for ordinary piece goods. You can still change it when a barcode needs a different unit (for example a box or multipack).

Bulk-update items from NKT on a dedicated page

In the Goods & Services directory, the "Sync" button now opens a dedicated page for bulk-updating national codes (NKT). Two modes are available: fill missing codes (search by barcode and/or name) and refresh existing codes by replacing deactivated ones. The page shows processing progress, a picker to resolve ambiguous matches, and a detailed execution log.

Column text no longer overlaps icons after resizing list columns

When you resize columns in document lists (such as goods receipts) and in the Goods & Services directory, long cell text is now trimmed with an ellipsis instead of spilling over and overlapping the status badges and icons in the neighbouring column.

Dish ingredients now add up when added more than once

When you use "Add dish ingredients" on inventory and movement documents, repeated ingredients now sum up correctly. Previously, adding a second dish that shared an ingredient with the first left that ingredient's quantity unchanged — now the quantities add together, and any new ingredients are still appended.

Attach modifiers to notes

On the note editing screen you can now attach modifiers to a note — choose an item and set its min/max count and price, then edit or remove attached modifiers. This restores the note-to-modifier setup that was available before.

Correct amount in the billing-period discount block

On the service payment page, the "Choose a period — get a discount" block now calculates amounts from your actual latest invoice instead of a fixed base amount. Previously some accounts saw the discount options based on the wrong (lower) sum, so the totals did not match the real invoice.

Adding and editing tables now opens in a dialog

In the trade point settings, adding, editing and bulk-creating tables in a hall now open in a focused popup dialog. Previously the forms expanded inline on the page and several bright buttons appeared at once, which was confusing. Now each screen shows a single clear primary action.

Workplace password no longer reset when editing

Editing a workplace no longer wipes its password if you didn't change it. Previously, changing just the name (for example) overwrote the password with an empty value and the workplace could no longer sign in. The password is now updated only when you actually enter a new one.

Clearer empty "Warehouse" field in point settings

In the trade point settings, the default warehouse field now shows "Not specified" when no warehouse is selected, instead of the word "Warehouse". Previously the empty field repeated the label and was confusing when choosing a warehouse.

Counterparty Report

The Counterparty Report is now available in the new interface (Reports → Counterparty Report). It shows turnover for each counterparty over a period, broken down by article and payment type, with filters for counterparty, payment type and item, and several grouping options.

Document number field on goods receipts

You can now enter the document number directly in the "Document details" section when creating or editing a goods receipt. The document code is shown there as well.

Item ID column in the Goods & Services directory

You can now add an ID column to the Goods & Services directory to see each item's unique identifier. Turn it on from the column settings — it is hidden by default.

"Item type" filter in the Goods & Services directory

The Item type filter in the Goods & Services directory now works as a dropdown with "Ingredient", "Semi-finished" and "Dish" options. Previously you had to type the value by hand and the filter did not work correctly.

June 2026

All price types available in the Stock Balance report

The price-type selector in the Stock Balance report now lists your custom price types alongside cost price, so you can value stock at any of your configured prices. Previously only cost and retail price were available.

More details on cash and bank document cards on mobile

On phones, the cards in the cash and bank document lists (such as "Expense from Cash Register") now show the same details you have enabled in the column settings — including counterparty and document author — instead of just the date, code, amount and status.

Select multiple sellers and items in the Sales Act report

The Sales Act report now lets you select several sellers and several items (or item groups) in its filters at once, instead of only one of each, so you can build the exact report you need in one pass.

Delete button is now easy to find on warehouse and finance document lists

Across all warehouse and finance document lists, the delete button has moved from the far end of each row to the action group at the start of the row, and is now shown in red, so it is easy to find and use.

Warehouse headers stand out in the Stock Balance report

The warehouse header rows in the Stock Balance report now have a darker, more contrasting background, so you can quickly spot where each warehouse section begins instead of scrolling to find it.

Narrower "Item name" column in the Purchase Analysis report

In the Purchase Analysis report, the "Item name" column is now width-limited and long names wrap onto the next line, the same way they do in the Stock Balance report — so the report is easier to read and no longer stretches off to the side.

The "Ingredient" item type no longer turns on the "Service" flag

Choosing the "Ingredient" item type on an item card no longer enables the "Service" flag. The "Service" flag is now set only for the "Service" item type.

National Catalog of Goods (НКТ) integration

Paloma365 now integrates with Kazakhstan's National Catalog of Goods, both in the back office and at the register. On an item card you can fetch and save the National Product Code (NTIN) by name, barcode, or an already-known code, and a bulk update automatically finds items without an NTIN and matches them from the catalog. At the register, if a scanned barcode isn't found in your database, the item is created from the catalog automatically — the cashier just enters the sale price and continues without interruption.

Contact confirmation no longer shown on your first day

The prompt asking you to confirm your contact details no longer appears on the day you register. It now appears only afterwards, once confirmation is required.

Last scanned item is highlighted in inventory documents

When you scan a barcode in an inventory document, the matching row is now highlighted and scrolled into view, so you can immediately confirm which item was added or had its quantity increased.

Percentages on the Top 10 products charts

The Top 10 products pie charts on the dashboard now show each product's share as a percentage — directly on the slices and in the tooltip — so you can see at a glance how sales are split across the top products, both by quantity and by amount.

Advisor's latest check now shown on the dashboard

The dashboard now shows a compact summary of the Advisor's most recent business check — the business-health score, the date, and the number of critical, warning and information findings — right after your Favorites, so you notice it without opening the Advisor. Click the card to open the full Advisor. It appears only for users who can view the Advisor.

Discount column in the Summary report

The Summary report now shows a Discount column in the employees, divisions and clients tables, so you can see how much discount was applied next to the sales totals.

Pie charts for Top 10 products and a unified dashboard refresh

The dashboard's daily dynamics and the per-point figures in "Sales points — today" now come from the accounts report, matching the rest of the sales summary. The points block refreshes together with the whole dashboard from the single refresh button at the top — its own refresh button has been removed — and Top 10 products can now be shown as pie charts or as a table, just like daily dynamics.

Discount and service totals on the dashboard

The dashboard sales summary now shows two more cards — the day's total discount and total service charge, each with the previous day for comparison — next to revenue, bills and average bill. These figures come from the accounts report, so the summary reflects the same totals you see there.

Create a printer right from the printer-subdivision form

When adding or editing a printer subdivision, if the printer you're looking for isn't in the list, you can now create it on the spot — type the name and use the Create button in the printer field without leaving the form.

Portfolio overview in the partner portal

The partner portal now has an "Overview" tab with key metrics for your book of clients: total clients, active clients, how many were new and how many churned over a period, revenue, and your current balance. Switch the period — month, quarter, or year — with a single click.

Select multiple warehouses in the Stock Balance report

The warehouse filter in the Stock Balance (Остатки на складе) report now lets you select several specific warehouses at once, instead of only one warehouse or all of them.

Fill-in form in the inventory print menu

The inventory document's print menu now includes a "Fill-in form" option for printing a blank to record physical counts by hand. The existing hand-fill option has also been renamed to "Inventory blank" for clarity.

Select multiple warehouses in the Goods Movement report

The warehouse filter in the Goods Movement report now lets you select several specific warehouses at once, instead of only one warehouse or all of them.

Select multiple items in the Goods Movement report

The "Item or group" filter in the Goods Movement report now lets you select several items or groups at once, so you can analyze the movement of multiple products in a single report instead of one at a time.

National Product Code column in warehouse documents

Warehouse document item tables now offer a "Show national code" option in the display settings. Turn it on to show each line item's National Product Code (НКТ) as a column — available across all warehouse documents (goods receipt, sale, posting, movement, inventory, and more).

New print form with barcode and NTIN/NKT

Goods sale and invoice-order documents now offer a "Consignment note with barcode and NTIN/NKT (RK)" option in the print menu, so you can print the consignment note with the NTIN/NKT shown on it.

Sign-in hint on the login page

The login page now has a "?" button that explains how to sign in: owners use the account login and account password, while employees use employee-login.account-login together with the employee password. This helps staff who weren't sure how to log in under an account.

Favorites and Recent now at the top of the dashboard

The Recent and Favorites quick links on the dashboard now appear at the very top, above the filters, so you can reach the pages you use most without scrolling to the bottom. The links are now shown as compact square tiles whose labels wrap across up to three lines, so longer page names stay fully readable.

Warnings shown when saving a recipe

When you save a calculation (recipe), any warnings the system reports — such as an invalid unit of measurement for an ingredient — are now shown on the form instead of being hidden, so you can see and fix them right away.

Advisor available to everyone

The Advisor section (a business audit across items, warehouse, sales, shifts and finance) is no longer limited to pilot accounts — it is now available to all. Who can run checks and view findings is still governed by role permissions.

Easier-to-spot "Start setup" button on the dashboard

The Start setup button on the dashboard is now a solid accent-colored button, so new accounts can spot the onboarding shortcut right away.

Apply a recipe to all trade points at once

The calculation (recipe) card now has an Applies to all trade points (including new ones) switch. Turn it on and the recipe covers every trade point — current and future — and the per-point checklist is hidden; turn it off to pick specific trade points as before.

Item search fixed in the modifier form

The "Product" field when editing a modifier now searches your whole catalog as you type, instead of always showing the same short list — so you can find items like "Fries" even in large catalogs.

Correct title when editing a modifier group

The modifier editor now shows "Edit modifier group" when you open a group, instead of always showing "Edit modifier" — so it is clear whether you are editing a single modifier or a whole group.

Create a printer subdivision while editing an item

On the Goods & Services item card, the printer-subdivision selector now lets you create a new subdivision on the spot: type a name that doesn't exist yet and a Create option appears, so you no longer have to leave the item to add it first.

"Save and close" button on the employee card

The employee editor now has a Save and close button, so you can save your changes and return to the previous screen in one step — matching the item and other cards.

Cleaner partner-code field on the registration form

The "Partner code" field on registration is now hidden behind an "I have a partner code" link, so new users are no longer confused into thinking it is required. When you open it, the field is clearly marked optional with a short hint. If you arrive through a partner's referral link, the partner's name is shown automatically, and an unrecognized code never blocks you from registering.

"Group values" available for a single selected item

The Group values button in Goods & Services now appears when you select a single item, not only when two or more are selected — so you can bulk-edit shared attributes for one item too, matching the previous version.

Copying an employee keeps its access setup

When you copy an employee, the access-setup type now matches the original employee instead of resetting — so the copy keeps the same access configuration unless you change it.

Delete uploads from the buffer

When loading items from the buffer into a warehouse document, you can now select one or more uploads and delete them directly from the Load from buffer window — restoring the option that was available in the previous version.

Built-in help on the role access-rights screen

The role (access type) editor now explains how permissions work. Each column — View, Edit, Add, Delete, Print — has an info icon you can tap (or hover on desktop) to see what it does, and a "How it works" panel covers the master "View" right, how rights from several roles combine, how document rights differ from reference lists, and when changes take effect.

Warehouse list now shows the correct "Sell over stock" value

The warehouses list now displays the actual on/off state of the "Sell over stock" (sale over remainder) setting for each warehouse. Previously the list always showed "No", even when the setting was enabled — though the warehouse card showed it correctly.

Restored filters on the Purchase Analysis report

The Purchase Analysis report now has the full set of filters from the previous version: warehouse, supplier, item or item group, and main supplier (each selectable as one or several values, with an optional "exclude" switch), a grouping choice (by warehouse, supplier, organization, or none), and display options (show prices, sales, stock, returns to supplier, and "only items needed for purchase").

Trade-point filter in Sales analytics

The Sales analytics report now has a trade-point selector, so you can build the report for one or several specific points instead of all of them at once — matching the previous version.

Receipt price and marking restored on the item form

The receipt price (last purchase price) is shown again on the item form for every type of product, and the "Require marking" option is available for piece and weighted goods — matching the previous version, so you can see purchase costs and manage marking from the item card.

SKU field restored for piece and weighted goods

The article (SKU) field is shown again on the item form for piece and weighted goods, so you can enter and update SKU information for inventory tracking.

Deleting a product group now removes its contents too

When you delete a group in Goods & Services, all of its sub-groups and items are now marked as deleted as well — so a deleted folder no longer leaves active products behind.

Explanation for the "Allow negative stock" warehouse setting

The warehouse form now explains the Allow negative stock (sale over remainder) switch: when on, the warehouse lets you sell and write off items even when stock is insufficient, so the balance can go negative; when off, operations that would drop stock below zero are blocked.

National Product Code shown for every item type

When the National Product Code (НКТ) is enabled for your account, the code field now appears on the item form for all item types — piece goods, weighted goods, services, dishes, and the rest — instead of only some of them.

The Summary Account document again offers its print forms — the standard form plus, depending on whether the document is conducted, the ingredient accounting, ingredients report, surplus report, and surplus report with ingredients. Open the print menu to choose the form you need.

"Previous version" button is now a compact icon

The button that opens the previous version of the dashboard is now shown as a small icon in the header, freeing up space on smaller screens. Hover over it to see its label.

Account settings page uses the full width

The account settings page now arranges its fields across the available width instead of a single narrow column, so more fits on screen at once and there's less scrolling.

Restored columns on the inventory document

The inventory document now shows the Coefficient, Accounted sum, and Sum columns again, alongside the accounted and counted quantity, deviation, unit, and cost price — matching the previous system.

Filters restored on the Inventory Summary report

The Inventory Summary report now lets you filter by period, organization, warehouse, trade point, and item or item group, choose a price type, and pick which columns to show (tree structure, item code, barcode, article, PLU) — restoring the options that were available in the previous system. You can still build the report for a single inventory document by its code.

Configure columns in the Printers and Printer Subdivisions guides

You can now choose which columns are shown in the Printers and Printer Subdivisions reference lists, and more of the available fields (such as system name, MAC address, port, print type, paper size, and the linked printer/warehouse) can be displayed. Your column selection is remembered on each device.

Import options restored when loading items from a file

When loading items from a file into a document, you can now enable Automatically add items — and, alongside it, Set prices and Add description — so items missing from your catalog are created and their prices and descriptions filled in from the file during import, matching the previous system.

Encashment and root-folder settings on the workplace form

The workplace settings form now has fields for the encashment cash register, the cash-flow article for encashment, and the root folder — so you can configure where encashment operations are recorded and which menu folder a workplace opens in.

Item search fixed on the tariff form

You can now find and select an item when creating or editing a tariff — the item field searches the full catalog on the server as you type, instead of only matching a small preloaded list.

Visual time-range slider for special tariffs

When adding or editing a special tariff, you can now drag a 24-hour slider to set the start and end time — the slider snaps to whole hours, and you can switch to manual entry to type exact times. There's an All days shortcut for the weekday selector, the start time can't be later than the end time, new special tariffs default to 09:00–21:00 and prefill the interval and price from the main tariff, and the editor is more usable on mobile.

Hour markers on the special-tariff time slider

The 24-hour time-range slider for special tariffs now shows hour dividers along the track, with labels at 0, 6, 12, 18 and 24, so it's easier to see where to drag the handles to pick the time range you need.

Correct supplier/buyer status in the counterparties list

The Supplier and Buyer columns in the counterparties list now show "Yes" / "No" correctly. Previously they always showed "No" even for counterparties marked as a supplier or buyer.

Select or clear all objects on a tariff

The tariff form now has Select all and Clear all buttons next to the objects list, plus a counter showing how many objects are selected. This speeds up setting up tariffs that apply to many objects.

Correct service name on the payment invoice

The line item on a balance top-up invoice now always reads "Paloma365 — online automation access" instead of a stray technical value. This fixes invoices that showed an unrelated label in place of the service name.

Calculation card opens with the item preselected

Clicking Calculation Card on an item now opens the report with that item already selected and its calculation shown — no need to search for it by hand.

Calculations tab for dishes and semi-finished products

Items of type Dish or Semi-finished show the Calculations tab again, so you can manage their recipe composition and cost.

Warning when editing a calculation

When you save changes to an existing calculation, a confirmation now reminds you that editing an active calculation recalculates material write-offs for the whole period — so if the recipe changed, it's better to create a new calculation. Your changes are saved only after you confirm.

Modifier editing matches the classic version

The modifier card now works like the previous system. Modifier groups show minimum, maximum and price, and let you add, edit and remove the products and groups the modifiers apply to. Individual modifiers keep their product and parent-group selectors. Create a group or a modifier directly from the New group / New modifier buttons. The form now shows only the fields that apply to the selected type, so groups and modifiers each display just their relevant options.

Barcode field restored for weighted items

The barcode field on the item form no longer disappears when you mark an item as Weighted — you can now enter a barcode for weighted goods just like for piece goods.

Hint for the "Alternative name" field

The item form now explains the Alternative name field with a short note: this name is printed on the POS kitchen ticket (sub-order) when cooks need product names in another language.

Kilogram auto-selected for weighted goods

When you create a new item and choose the Weighted type, the unit of measurement is now set to kilograms automatically — no need to pick it by hand. Existing saved items keep their current unit unchanged.

Purchase cost kept on goods receipt

On a Goods Receipt document, the purchase cost you enter for a line is no longer reset when you turn on or change extended mode — your manually entered price is preserved.

Item type selector on the item form

When editing or creating an item, a new Item type selector (piece goods, weighted goods, service, combo, dish, semi-finished, ingredient, or extended) lets you set the kind of item in one click instead of toggling several separate flags. Choosing a type also hides the fields and tabs that don't apply to it, so you only see what's relevant — and "Extended item" still shows everything.

Critical quantity columns in the Stock Balance report

When you enable Critical stock in the Stock Balance report, the report now shows the critical quantity columns — minimum, maximum, and the shortage amount — so you can see at a glance which items have dropped below their critical level.

May 2026

Trade point and workplace settings

A new Settings → Trade Point & Workplace Settings screen lets you manage base configuration values that apply to a specific workplace (and its trade point) or to all workplaces at once — restoring the settings screen from the legacy system.

Create a Sale from a Delivery Request

On a Delivery Request you can now use Create based on to start a new Sale of Goods document pre-filled from the request, so you don't have to re-enter the items by hand.

Custom price types in the Material Statement report

The price type filter of the Material Statement report now lists your custom price types in addition to cost and retail price, so you can build the report against any price type you use.

Tax and fee percentage in order documents

The Taxes section of an order document now shows the tax and fee percentage next to each amount, so you can check at a glance that tax calculations are correct.

Item column in order document taxes

The Taxes section of an order document now shows which item each tax and fee applies to, making it easier to verify taxes on large orders.

April 2026

Universal Reports are back

The configurable Universal Reports from the legacy system are available again in the new interface: Analytics → Universal Reports. Seven report types are covered — Orders, Goods Receipt documents, Items & services, Delivery requests, Cash funds, Markup, and Income/expenses. Each report lets you pick which fields to show, group by any column, add subtotals, sort, apply per-field filters (contains / equals / greater than / etc.), and save named configurations in your account to reload later. Results can be exported to Excel and PDF or printed, just like other reports.

Drag-and-drop in Menu Designer

In the warehouse Menu Designer (menu edit screen), you can drag items and groups to another group or use the Drop here to move to root level zone at the top to move them to the root of the menu — matching the legacy designer behavior.

Account & Billing in the sidebar

Account & Billing is now its own section at the end of the main menu, with Account settings, Profile, and Service payment listed there. The user menu in the top bar and at the bottom of the sidebar use the same links (owners always see Service payment when allowed), and Service payment appears last before Log out.

Account menu in the header

Click your name in the top bar to open a menu with Account settings, Profile (for employee logins), Service payment, and Log out — so billing and account options are always one click away instead of deep under Settings.

Payment reminder banner

When your account has unpaid service invoices (before full lockout), a banner appears at the top with a direct link to Service Payment, so you can pay without hunting through the menu. Employee logins also see the payment menu item in this state.

March 2026

Barcode search in warehouse documents

You can now search items by barcode directly in all warehouse document forms, making it faster to add products during receipt, selling, movement, and other operations.

Drill-down editing from lookup fields

Clicking the edit button on a lookup field (e.g., item, supplier) now opens the referenced record for quick editing without leaving the current form.

Improved sidebar navigation

The active menu item in the sidebar now stays highlighted when you navigate to edit or create sub-pages, so you always know where you are.

February 2026

Discount editing tabs

The discount form now includes all configuration tabs — Points of Sale, Clients, Items, and Date & Time — giving you full control over discount rules in one place.

Sales point filter in POS reports

POS reports now include an "All" option in the sales point selector, so you can view reports across all locations at once.

Workplace filtering by sales point

The workplace list now correctly filters by the selected sales point, making it easier to manage terminals at specific locations.

Stop-list content display

The stop-list page now shows the actual items on the stop list, so you can quickly see which products are currently unavailable for sale.

Mandatory field validation

Required fields are now clearly marked and validated before saving, preventing incomplete records from being created.

January 2026

Payment type association improvements

Clearing a cash register or bank account selection in payment type associations now works correctly, and validation prevents saving incomplete bindings.

Better handling of conducted orders

Conducted invoice-orders now properly show the unconduct and delete buttons, matching the behavior of other document types.

Improved deletion handling for reference data

Deleting income/expense articles now shows clear feedback and handles errors gracefully when records are in use.
